Research Project ReMoMedia – Recruiting 2.0

In recent years, media usage behavior has been changing considerably. Young people in particular are especially intensive users of so-called new media. Using social media offerings such as Schüler-VZ or Facebook, visiting music and video portals such as YouTube and the continuous communication and interaction by mobile phone have by now become behavioral patterns that are being taken for granted. Consequently, enterprises need to adapt their communication tools accordingly to reach this target group more effectively. This applies both to general communication strategies as well as to communication in the context of recruitment marketing and candidate sourcing more specifically.

Against this backdrop, the study investigates how to reach teenagers and young adults with mobile recruiting via their mobile devices. The following pages will tell you more about the background and goals of the research project.
